Training Philosophy

Like everyone else in the real world, I understand the pressures of everyday life and can appreciate that exercise is often not the top of peoples’ ‘must do’ or even ‘want to do’ list. However, with the common knowledge nowadays that exercise and healthy eating are crutial elements of disease prevention, weight management and general well-being, it’s hard to ignore the need to take action for your own sake as well as reward. So as your trainer I will give you not only a helping hand with motivation and time management to put changes to your lifestyle in place. I can take the ‘grim’ out of gym and give you the understanding and skills you need to perform safe and effective exercise (without which many people often fail to train well enough to get the desired effect).
